I thought doing a weekly post with a little about the day’s workout (or an average workout for the week) would be an awesome way to chronicle how my fitness is improving. Admittedly, I’m still restricted to “walking” (I’ve cheated and “ran” some, as well as spent time on the stationary bike) but as of next week I’ll be getting cleared for weight lifting and whatever I feel up to.
I’m ready for that.
Anyway, here’s a little screenshot from my phone (where my watch syncs up and shows everything.)
Nothing incredible really, but definitely more than I’ve been doing. I didn’t turn into a morbidly obese diabetic with sleep apnea overnight and I won’t magically be in the shape of a world class athlete overnight.
