Wednesday’s Workout #3

Seven weeks in. 7 weeks of 5 workouts a week, following a program where I literally cannot eat as much as the program calls for.

It’s also de-load week.

So, I took my little old scoop of Woke AF by Bucked Up, added my creatine, ate a Rice Krispie treat, and headed to the gym.

There it is. 7 weeks of my Wednesday Workout.

I’m definitely seeing progress. My weight loss has slowed, but I’m firmer in some places. Softer in others (the fat is softer. Weird, right?) I’m also down 85 pounds since April.

I’m doing the work. The alarm goes off, I get dressed. I drink the magic go juice. I go do my workout.

I’m seeing results.

Start where you are. Use what you have. Do the work. The results will come.
